Once you have made the decision to purchase our exceptional beef, you’ll need to decide how much you would like to freeze and eat throughout the year.  Some families decide to divide their shares with friends; others keep an entire share and have enough to enjoy for many months. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend that you purchase the amount of beef that you will eat within a year.

Half-of-a-half Beef

Hanging Weight: Approximately 162 pounds
Cuts: Steaks, roasts, ribs, ground chuck, and ground beef
Price: $4.80 per pound
Deposit: $200.00 with remaining cost due at the time of delivery

*Half of a half beef takes up to approximately 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space. (Bascially the size of the freezer section of a tradition refridgerator with the freezer section on top.)

Half Beef

Hanging Weight: Approximately 325 pounds
Cuts: Steaks, roasts, ribs, ground chuck, and ground beef
Price: $4.60 per pound
Deposit: $400.00 with remaining cost due at the time of delivery

*Half beef takes up approximately 7 cubic feet of freezer space.

Whole Beef

Hanging Weight: Approximately 650 pounds
Cuts: Steaks, roasts, ribs, ground chuck, and ground beef
Price: $4.60 per pound
Deposit: $700.00 with remaining cost due at the time of delivery

*Whole beef takes up approximately 14 cubic feet of freezer space.
